[ He could talk about how embarrassing Valentine's Day was. He could just hole himself up in his room and never come out. He could just be a huge drama queen or go along with it and pretend to keep dating Petunia just to play a huge prank on Elijah and Meredith.
Or he could go shopping and pretend abso-fucking-lutely nothing happened and then post a picture of a new pair of shoes he's got. ]

I bought some new shoes
[ Guess which he chose. Yes, that is his phone. Don't hate. ]

CHANGES
⇨ originally it was just going to be very fairy tale-esque but with a slight fighting aspect, but we've had loads of ideas, so. Mainly what this changes is giving up the chance to build our own world entirely, as opposed to having players build it themselves.
⇨ the focus would probably shift a bit from romance to action, which is fine, and i think fighting to save the universe might change things a bit.
⇨ instead of world building, we're world saving, which means we need to construct worlds for every new environment. i think, however, this would be fun, because it means we can do all sorts of stuff. for example, in the original evesque, we were planning to use our geisha idea as an event. here, we can drop characters in kyoto, and they can live in okiyas or geisha houses or something.
PROS
⇨ this is a MUCH wider reach! there's more variety to be had.
⇨ we can do all sorts of things with the new worlds. we can go to asgard, we can go to disneyworld, we can go loads of worlds, and i think it would be fun to casually throw in some effects from moving around worlds too.
CONS
⇨ evesque is mainly meant to me a f/f game, so obviously we need to still try to make that work but still be natural.
⇨ this is a lot more work.
⇨ f/f angle might be forced? maybe to combat this we could put the different genders with like... the gods or the goddesses, and there's houses for the gods, and houses for the goddesses. castles, maybe?
⇨ in general this is kind of really different from what we were planning.
OTHER
⇨ you mentioned making this utena-ish, maybe we could have sheaths and swords? so to speak. people who's hearts are weapons (i.e.: people who are introverted) and people who are fighters (proactive people)?
Hello, Hero!
Okay, so you're not a hero (yet), but you will be one, soon. You've been pulled from your world, dropped into a castle and that's probably really, really confusing, isn't it... Well, you're going to be kind of busy, so get used to that. The confusion, I mean. It's kind of chaotic here, you'll find. Anyway, this is IDK??? LETS NAME THE CASTLE and it's kind of a weird place, not quite here or there, sort of a Limbo, if you will -- oh but, uh, you're not dead, no worries there. My point is, you're here, in this incredibly odd place, and it's for a reason, a very massive reason. Well, basically, we-- we need you. Universes, worlds, families, children, men, women, animals, lovers and haters and lives are in danger. We really, truly need you, so please hear us out. There's a really awful man out there, and he wants everyone equal -- equal in death, naturally -- and we can't let that happen. You're here, with everyone else, to stop it. So, get up, hurry up, we've got to get you in training, immediately, and we've got to get you sorted and all sorts of things are going to be happening, but please, co-operate. We have so many lives to save.
GAME NAME is a panfandom roleplaying game, where characters are pulled from their worlds and enlisted into an on-going war. Their mission is to save every single world and universe there ever has been or will be. Characters are sorted into two groups: Sheaths and Swords, and they're placed into the care of different gods and goddesses where they will learn precisely how to fight, heal, survive, and so on.
