PROFESSOR TODD ALLISON, 23, Herbology Professor, Ravenclaw

- This is his third year as a Professor at Hogwarts, but he attended as a student a few years back.

- Todd is abhored by the older kids but adored by the younger kids as he actually attempts to help them with learning. Up until 4th year, then fuck you, you should know all this already.

- Todd used to work for the ministry, but Dumbledore saw how he worked with planets and, having recently lost the herbologist at Hogwarts, oferred him the position. Todd accepted once Dumbledore told him he would provide anything and everything he needed for his experiment.

- Todd and Clancey's friendship is a source of hazing for the younger kids. The older kids tend to tell them about how Todd and Clancey are, you know, like "that". It's only when Cecilia visits that they found out that Todd and Clancey are not butt buddies and the older kids have a big fat laugh about it.

- Todd's wand is Acacia wood, with a unicorn tail hair core.

STUDENT PETUNIA ELKWOOD, 17, Gryffindor

- This is her last year at Hogwarts, and both of her brothers are teaching.

- She's a chaser on the quidditch team. Elijah and Meredith attend all her matches and routinely cheer for her despite neither of them being in Gryffindor.

- She's close with the barmaid at The Three Broomsticks.

- Petunia's wand is Rowan wood, with a unicorn tail hair core.

PROFESSOR CYRIL (???), ???, Defense Against The Dark Arts, Slytherin

- No one knows who the fuck Cyril is, where he came from, how he got the job, or anything important like that. He just showed up after the last professor quit for some reason no one really knows. There's a rumor Cyril made him quit so he could have the job.

- Cyril has been the DADA professor for more than one year, which is unusual as people generally assume the position is cursed.

- Everyone has a theory about Cyril, and rumors range from 'he's a vampire' to 'he's a disowned Black son'. Some people actually theorize he's Regulus gone mad. It is generally well accepted that he's a Death Eater. The great irony, though, is that while most people believe that, he's not. In fact, he makes a point to take off his robes or roll his sleeves up just to show that he doesn't actually have a Dark Mark. Though some people are quick to speculate he wouldn't have to have it on his arm specifically.

- Cyril is the one everyone is instructed to go to if things get dicey; for example, if the lake monster acts up, Cyril whips it back into place in minutes.

- Cyril isn't even really on grounds to teach. He's more of a weapon than anything.

- Cyril is a skilled Occulmens, and an unregistered animagus. He has to ability to turn into a jackal.

- Cyril's wand is Vine wood, with a dragon heartstring core.

PROFESSOR ELIJAH ELKWOOD, 25, Charms, Slytherin

- Elijah attended Hogwarts as a student and recently came back, with Meredith, to teach charms.

- He's head of Slytherin house and legendary for how protective of his kids he is.

- He's known for disrupting his own class. If anyone sees Petunia walking by, they groan or look around for Elijah, because he will surely be running up to dote on her.

- He attends every single one of Petunia's games and docks points from whoever dares to have the audacity to shoot at her.

- Elijah is a skilled Occulmens, and unregistered animagus. He has the ability to change into an owl.

- Elijah has had two different wands in his time. His first want was Walut wood with dragon heartstring core. His current one, which he received after his first broke, is Hawthorn with dragon heartstring core.

PROFESSOR MEREDITH ELKWOOD, 24, Potions, Hufflepuff

- Meredith, like Elijah and Todd, attended Hogwarts as a boy. He's returned recently, with Elijah, to teach.

- Meredith is muggle-born.

- Meredith dotes on Petunia as well, but not as obviously. However, he attends all of Petunia's games and cheers for her as well, and if you pay enough attention to him you'll see the minor anxiety attacks.

- Meredith is an unregistered animagus and has the ability to shift into a Sunda Clouded Leopard.

- Meredith's wand is lol idk he would probably have a unicorn tail hair core though.

SETTING NOTES

As far as families go, the Elkwoods are all pure bloods. May and her husband were involved in the resistance against Voldemort way back when, which made other pure blood families consider them blood traitors. To this day, you still hear whispers about how the Elkwoods betrayed their own kind, and Petunia even gets a few insults to her face about it. However, none of the Elkwood children will stand for insults directed towards their parents, so you probably won't hear a lot about it around them.

Meredith's family was killed by the Death Eaters and Meredith was save by Petunia and Elijah's father. His family was treated as an example for what the Death Eaters were capable of -- the intention was to kill the muggle-born and his parents to get rid of the impure blood, but the Elkwoods intercepted. Meredith has been part of the family ever since.

The Allisons are a pure blood family related to the Malfoys who just cast a charm on their house and laid low until the dusk was clear. Todd's father and Dumbledore conversed through letters which should be a big deal, but Todd really couldn't give less of a fuck. Still, Dumbledore remembered him, years later and had no problem with hiring him on the spot.

Will was a squib and worked for the Allisons. Todd grew up with Will acting like more of a father figure to him than his own father, and he grew up with Jacqueline, too.

Hana is a barmaid at The Three Broomsticks. She and Elijah are good friends, and once sneaked into the Forbidden Forest to see what they could observe. They were found by Cyril, and Firenze. Cyril and Firenze then had a very friendly conversation, the kind you would imagine people who have been good friends for years would have. Yeah.

Speaking of, Cyril's job is to more or less take care of Hogwarts. Since he's a rogue and operates outside The Order of The Phoenix, The Death Eaters, and the Ministry (No one knows who he is -- he doesn't even have papers to prove he exists), and under Dumbledore's protection, he can basically do whatever the fuck he wants. Mainly he keeps track of what's in the Forbidden Forest, keeps an eye on the kids who get into trouble and goes around handling things. You know, like basilisks and lake monsters.
